If you’ve never had the opportunity to visit Naples, FL…here’s a vision for you. The header photo is of Naples Beach. The above photo is of the Naples Pier located in the Olde Naples area.
Naples, FL is located off the Gulf of Mexico and is the largest city within the county of Collier. Areas surrounding Naples you might be familiar with are Marco Island to the south, and Bonita Springs, Estero and Fort Myers to the north.
Naples is known for world class shopping and dining, championship golf courses and the arts. If you begin your shopping and dining adventure in Olde Naples, on either Fifth Avenue or Third Street, you can end your day watching the sunset from the Naples Pier. If you get too tired from your busy day however, you could always fish from the Pier or relax while watching the sea life. The view is breathtaking.
I began my real estate career shortly after moving to Naples. And if you’re familiar with the Naples area, I’m sure you understand why I loved my career. There is every imagineable type, style and variety of architecture in the area. It absolutely fascinated me. And the design of homes, condos, villas and townhomes is so much different than what I am accustomed to, coming from a rural area in Ohio.
The lifestyle Naples offers is beyond expectation. If world class shopping is not your cup of tea. Let me introduce you to a variety of other lifestyle opportunities. Naples offers more than 90 championship golf courses and abundant fishing, both salt water and fresh water. You can kayak, canoe, snorkel, scuba dive or just relax on the miles of sandy white beach. And what better way to enjoy our lush, tropical environment than to hike, jog, walk or bicycle through our national, state and county parks. And for those of you who are tennis, bocce ball, and horseshoe fans…we’ve got plenty of fun for you also.
I caught the “real estate bug” early on in life. My parents owned investment properties, which in turn got me started on my own investing. That “bug” continued when I moved to Florida, so it felt like a natural choice to become a Realtor.
I’ve earned several degrees in my profession. My designations are ABR, ePRO and GRI. And because of client nominations, I’ve been featured four consecutive years in a row in Gulfshore Life Magazine. My nominations into Gulfshore Life Magazine were for a “Five Star Real Estate Agent, Best In Client Satisfaction”. When you get that kind of feedback from your clients, you know they feel you’ve provided the best service available. What a great compliment from them!
Even though I live full-time in Ohio again, I keep my Florida Realtor license for two reasons. One reason is because I haven’t been able to get rid of the investment bug. The other is to help other Ohioans in transition within Florida, to Florida or from Florida. What better person to connect you to Florida’s lifestyle than an Ohioan who lived there for many years?
